This adorable handmade ceramic dragon figurine is perched on a bench looking down. Is he getting ready to fly away, or watching something?

This unpainted ceramic dragon statue was slip cast in my studio and fired to cone .04. He will look great painted with acrylics, especially if you antique him and then dry brush the finish. Or, you could glaze and fire him again if you have access to a kiln.

Some people say the dragon is a symbol of power, and all that is untamed. Others say it stands for boldness, confidence, perseverance, and nobility.

This dragon is 4 inches tall, 5 1/2 inches long. He sits on a support, with his head below the support.
