This 4 1/4 inch trivet was made from a commercially produced ceramic tile. I applied the decal with the geese and fired it in my kiln. There are little wooden feet on the bottom to keep it off your surfaces.
It trivet is best cleaned with a damp cloth.
Use this trivet to keep hot pans or dishes off your counter or table. Or use it under your coffee mug, as a spoon rest, or as a place for tea bags.
Flocks of birds flying has always intrigued me. I always wonder where they go and how they know how to get there.
